We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician with expertise in Networking and Security to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our IT infrastructure's reliability, security, and efficiency, supporting our operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

- Perform regular audits of network security, including intrusion detection systems (IDS), to ensure compliance and identify potential vulnerabilities.

- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

- Implement and manage security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption protocols, to protect against cyber threats.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on networking and security-related issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and support business-critical applications and systems.

- Document network configurations, procedures, and security incidents for future reference and analysis.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in networking and cybersecurity to continuously improve our IT environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and network protocols (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SNMP).

- Experience with network infrastructure devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced industry.

Staff Accountant

Description
Will use critical thinking and communication skills to apply accounting theory and knowledge in specific areas such as manufacturing cost accounting, payroll, general ledger, inventory control, and fixed assets. Works closely with VP Finance to achieve objectives and goals of the finance and administrative department.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable reconciliation
- Month end closing
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Report preparation
- Assure compliance with banking and governmental requirements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare and enter accruals
- Perform cost analysis for manufacturing
- Prepare financial statements
- Payroll and benefits administration and reconciliation
- Clerical duties – data entry, filing, scanning, organizing

Qualifications for Staff Accountant
- Bachelors in accounting or equivalent experience
- Previous cost accounting experience
- Experience with ADP payroll/HR software helpful
- Aptitude for business
- Detail oriented
- Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
- Experience with financial statements
- Adheres to GAAP standards
- Experience with ERP is a bonus
- Manufacturing process flow working knowledge
