    Sales & Application Engineer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Execute sales strategies to effectively generate business and increase revenues at the district level for OSI products and services.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and increase revenues.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple OSI product lines.

    • Develop and maintain long term customer relationships.

    • Develop and maintain contracts and contact with key decision makers within customer base.

    • Act as liaison between OSI and customers.

    • Provide input as to changing market conditions so as to assist with input in marketing strategy.

    • Generate and submit bids to customers as requested.

    • Relate field/customer problems to management so as to ensure speedy resolution.

    • Travel to worksite to make sure equipment arrives and is returned and meets customer requirements.

    • Monitor and report drilling and work-over rig activity.

    • Provide input in the development of new products and services.

    • May assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget.

    • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.

    • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of OSI.

    • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. 

    • Monitoring and tracking the tools installed in the different wells.

    • Design the technical recommendation (BHA) and create a technical proposal for the wells assigned in his/her territory or area.

    • Establish good communication with the Field Service Technician to assist them with the appropriate support in the installation or deliveries. 

    SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Individual must be able to follow instructions.

    • Basic sales experience.

    • Experience and knowledge with artificial lift systems.

    • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

    • The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

    Preferred:

    • Bachelor’s degree - Engineering or Business preferred

    • Experienced sales for ESP, Gas Lift, Plunger lift, Jet Pump and Beam .

    • Rod Star and S Rod experience a plus.

    • Should be able to work closely with fellow employees in a team environment.

    • Basic-to- Advanced product knowledge.

    • Motivated and goal oriented.

    Support Engineer

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and increase revenues.

    • Relate field/customer problems to management so as to ensure speedy resolution.

    • Provide input in the development of new products and services.

    • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.

    • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of OSI.

    • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. 

    • Monitoring and tracking the tools installed in the different wells.

    • Understand and create Diagnostic charts such as load graphs (SRP) and Sensor charts (for ESP and PCP)

    • Writing assignments over specific scenarios such as outside papers for specific work-related events or documentation inside the company.

    • Must be able to travel on occasion.

    • Create and follow standard operating procedures when needed.

    • Use engineering design software such as AutoCad to create new designs.

    • Establish good communication with the Field Service technician to assist them with the appropriate support in the installation or deliveries. 

    • Must be able to take given information and form a solution

    • Use knowledge of various ALS to ensure that our products will perform as desired

        QUALIFICATIONS

        SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Individual must be able to follow instructions.

    • Basic sales experience.

    • Experience and knowledge with artificial lift systems (Including a basic
      understanding of how they operate and the components of each system)

    • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

    • Must be able to sit for an extended period of time.

    • Have an excellent level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
      (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    • The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

     

        PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree - Engineering preferred

    • Extensive knowledge of ESP, Gas Lift, Plunger lift, Jet Pump and Beam pump.

    • Experience with ALS software as RodStar,S-Rod, PC-Pump, Sub-Pump etc.

    • Should be able to work closely with fellow employees in a team environment.

    • Basic-to- Advanced product knowledge.

    • Motivated and goal oriented.

    • EIT or a PE certification

    • Have proficient use of engineering software such as AutoCad.

    Sales Representative

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • 3+ years of sales experience.

    • Experience and knowledge with artificial lift systems.

    • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

    • Ability to relax high tension situations.

    • Great time-management skills.

    • The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

    • Bachelor’s degree - Engineering or Business preferred
